What should I wear or bring to my photoshoot?
We would suggest wearing neutral or contrasting colours. If taking group photographs wear colours that complement each other.
How much is the deposit?
For event bookings a 50% deposit is required to secure the date. The final balance is required 48 hours before the event.
For photoshoots; a 25% deposit is required to place your booking. The final payment is due 48 hours prior to the photoshoot.
Do you have a studio?
We have access to a photography studio if required.
Do you edit the images?
Yes; images can be edited as stated in our pricing information.
Will my photographs look natural?
Photographs will be edited as natural as possible. A maximum of 2 sample edited photographs can be sent to you to view upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is a 14 day cooling-off period when booking your photography session/events. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
How will I receive my photographs?
An online gallery is the most popular form of delivery via a downloadable application. Alternatively, the images can be sent by email.
How long will it take to receive my photographs?
It will take up to 15 working days to edit, review, and finalise all images from your session.
Special events may take up to 20 working days. We will keep in contact with you during this process to ensure full communication and customer satisfaction.
