TSonko Photography strives to provide excellent customer service. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require a refund, cancellation, or rescheduling. Please read this policy carefully before booking your service(s).   
 

Booking Policies & Procedures  

All bookings are to be completed via the “Contact" page. Once you have submitted your information you will receive an email response within 24 hours. The time and location of your booking will be discussed. When a date has been decided for your booking, a deposit will then be discussed to secure the booking. An invoice will be sent to you confirming the details. The deposit is non-refundable after 14 days. Please see the cancellation/rescheduling policies below. 
 

Booking Sessions

You will receive a contractual agreement when your booking has been confirmed. A 25% booking deposit is required to secure the date for your session outlined in the contract. Upon signing the contract, the deposit will be non-refundable after 14 days. The deposit will go towards the final balance for payment. The final balance must be paid in full 48 hours before the date of the session or if you cannot attend the session on the agreed date must give 48 hours notice to re-book an agreeable date and time.  

If bookings are made less than 14 days in advance, the deposit will automatically be non refundable.

Event Booking 

TSonko Photography requires a 50% deposit to book and secure the date for your event. The remaining 50% balance is due 48 hours before the date of the event. The deposit is non refundable after 14 days.

Cancellation or Change of Date  

1. You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of signing, after the 14-day cooling-off period, If you should cancel the event/ photoshoot for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.  
2. In the unlikely event the Photographer needs to cancel the booking, due to unforeseen circumstances every effort will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually agreed date and time. If rescheduling is not possible, payment(s) made will be refunded, including the non-refundable deposit, in full.

 If you wish to change the event/ photoshoot date, you must notify TSonko Photography in writing. If  TSonko Photography is available for the new desired date, a new contract will be created and the deposit will be adjusted accordingly. If TSonko Photography is unavailable on the new date, the contract will be terminated.  

Rescheduling your booking

If you wish to reschedule, you must notify TSonko Photography in writing, no longer than 72 hours before the scheduled date. The following conditions apply: 

Advance rescheduling: If you request to reschedule the session within 72 hours of the scheduled date, we will make every effort to accommodate the request without any additional charges. 

Late rescheduling: If you request to reschedule the session under 72 hours of the scheduled date, additional charges may apply.

Payment

Payment must be made by bank transfer.
